Municipal Plan for an Integral Management of Solid Waste and National Strategy for the Reduction of Single-Use Plastics for the Municipality of Upala, Alajuela

A diagnosis was carried out in collaboration with the local environmental committee, community associations, waste managers, and the population to determine how solid waste was being managed, followed by a proposal to improve and implement strategies for integrated solid waste management and a reduction in plastics use.
