This project with the Municipality of Golfito was carried out with a participatory and inclusive approach, taking into account the particularities and needs of the different sectors of the population. The process was especially enriched by the valuable contributions of the indigenous territories within the canton. The plan aims to strengthen local environmental management by promoting sustainable practices, a culture of waste separation and recovery, as well as coordinated actions among institutions, communities, and productive sectors in the region.
