Geolupa had the opportunity to collaborate at various stages with the municipalities of San Rafael de Heredia, Tilarán, and Bagaces to support compliance with the guidelines set forth in the Environmental Parks Regulation for the separation, treatment, recovery, and final disposal of solid waste (Regulation No. 44421-S). This work included the initial site assessment, geotechnical studies, environmental monitoring, closure planning, and the preparation of technical reports—all in alignment with the requirements of Regulation 44421-S.
